What many have suspected is true now. With the introduction of Windows Mobile 7.5 Mango, there will be a new logo. Currently, Microsoft is preparing the world for several events against new devices that will be presented from September to October. The Redmond, the Windows Mobile logo into a round square logo have changed, the more reminiscent of the tiles of Windows Phone 7. Originally, the new logo during a VIP event was presented this year.
Shinobu Takahashi (Microsoft employees) showed the new logo the end of July in a blog post. Since the second Developer Beta (Build 7712) is the new logo already seen as the boot screen and will likely be used with the introduction of new devices in September as a new logo.
What do you think the new logo? In my opinion it is better placed in the Windows Mobile 7 world, but by design not as nice as the round. Source via
