HTC Sensation - Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 update is finally distributed [update]
Waiting for the Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 update has probably put an end, at least for the owner of a HTC sensation . Our colleagues from BestBoyZ.de announce that HTC currently being updated to the latest sensation, the HTC Android version. The whole thing happens as usual, in the form of an Over The Air updates.
Unfortunately the update has been distributed only to devices that have no branding, when the devices are tuned with a branding is still unclear, but now I'm going to give modest, if my HTC sensation is of Vodafone in the series. If you have not yet received any notification that an update for your device available, you should "Check Settings => Software Updates => now" check it manually.
Update:
What has changed? Since the update, HTC has not yet been officially announced, it is difficult to guess all the new features, but according to some reports, is now running the HTC Sense liquid surface a lot. In addition, of course, the video calling feature in Google Talk, and thereby the available free memory is now somewhat larger. In addition, HTC has removed some errors. I can personally confirm this yet, since the update my HTC sensation has still not received. (Source: Androidnext )
Update 2:
Vodafone is following suit and now also provides for the Android Gingerbread 2.3.4 update for the HTC sensation. The update is 41 MB and involves not only the latest version of Android and even some system optimizations!
Does anyone have the update already on it from you? What changes can you identify?
